Every 4 weeks — that's how we keep windows consistently clean. Leave it longer and dirt, traffic film and hard-water spotting build up, so each clean takes more work and the results between visits get worse. We also do one-off cleans for end of tenancy or before a special occasion.

Pure-water cleaning dries clear with no spots, so light rain after a clean is no problem — your windows stay clean, not streaky. If the weather's genuinely too wild to work safely, we'll simply rebook.

No. We work from the ground with water-fed poles, so you don't have to be in. If we can't get access to the back (a locked gate, for example), we'll still clean the front and leave a calling card with a revised front-only price for that visit.

After each clean, by card, bank transfer (BACS) or cash — whatever suits. No payment up front, and no chasing.

Yes. Gutter cleaning is one of our main services. We clear gutters from the ground using a high-reach gutter vacuum — no ladders leaning on your house — £50–£95 depending on house size, and you can add it onto a window-cleaning visit.

Every visit we clean the glass plus the frames, sills and door thresholds — not just the panes. We use purified water so there's no soap residue and nothing left to attract dirt.

Yes. Alongside residential rounds we clean windows for shops, offices, showrooms and schools across Leicester. Commercial work is priced individually by quote — tell us about the property and we'll come back with a price.

Yes — pure-water cleaning works all year round and actually copes with winter grime really well. We only pause for ice or genuinely high winds, and we'll simply rebook you if the weather turns.
